We hired Woodcote Events to manage 150 booked rides over the course of a 10 hour period using a brand new insurance system & very little pre-warning. They visited prior to the event, planned the route & had everything ready for the day. Jo overcame every obstacle with our tricky booking in system & kept the riders very happy. We'll definitely be using Woodcote Events again for any riding events we do in the future. Thanks guys! :)

Fantastic weekend in Scarborough this weekend for the Gold Cup Motorcycle road races. The whole event was organised for our group of 22 persons. Massive thanks to Gareth at Woodcote Events for arranging high quality accommodation for us all and for ordering provisions for both houses, including gf options. For one of the guest. Nothing wad too much trouble. Excellent!

Gareth and his team organised a fantastic w/end for all of my motorcycling friends .They sourced two houses where we all stayed .Then even ordered a shopping delivery .The accommodation was of the highest standard and close to the town centre.They were always available to answer any queries you had .And we thoroughly enjoyed every minute ….Thanks Gareth and his amazing team 👍👍

I was part of Triumph adventure champions event and Jo and Gareth were a delight to deal with. Excellent planning and chill vibes all round! Arranged translator's where necessary and ensured we were well looked after and fed.
